Like HM100-1, HM100-7B is another unit of mask body making machine in our product line. This machine is also using P.P. spun-bonded, melt-blown fabrics, as well as nose-wire as raw materials, and ultrasonic device as tool to make solid mask body with duck mouth shape in the capacity of 70 pieces per minute.This machine can only match with our HM100-3 which is able to seal 2 strings of tie tape on the mask body created by HM100-7B at vertical direction against nose-wire to form a piece of integral 3-dimensional duck mouth shape face mask at the speed of 30 pieces per minute.
