HM100-1 is a unit of mask body making machine, which use polypropylene (P.P.) spun-bonded, melt-blown fabrics and nose-wire coated with plastic as raw materials and ultrasonic device as media and tool to seal and product the flat mask body with 3 and 4 pleats, that is the basic element to constitute of different type of flat face mask.The mask blank machine can make the mask body separate at 2, 3, 4, at most 5 layers of difference materials in consistent and stable production speed.
