HM100-2 MASK EARLOOP WELDING MACHINE
Using mask bodies made by HM100-1, operator place them on the conveying jig of ear-loop machine.Following, HM100-2 ear-loop machine can seal 2 straps of flat elastics separate on 2 sides of mask body by ultrasonic devices at the capacity of 30 pieces per minute to achieve a piece of complete inside ear-loop face mask, which will be exported from machine, directly dropped and stacked on conveyor.
